Brittany started W.E.L.L. in the Fall of 2010, the same semester she graduated from the University of New Orleans with her BA in English. Brittany had been talking about starting a "revolution" for a year or two beforehand, and this is the result of those dreams. She loves to learn new things, usually via books. Her first love is herself, second is New Orleans, and third is a toss up between Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream and the cheesecake from Bravos. Brittany is an expert tap dancer, bubble blower, gerbil mom; an avid Calvin and Hobbes fan; and a less-than-wonderful-but-still-willing chess player. She loves to meet new people and explore new places. If she could do anything, she wold go scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, and hopefully see a Great White Shark.

Ariana fell in love with New Orleans at the tender age of 9, by reading about the city in Anne Rice's books. It took her 10 years to get here with detours in Colorado and New York, but she did at 19, and hasn't left yet. She graduated from Tulane's Newcomb College in 2006 with a degree in English and Women's Studies, giving her no marketable skills which is why she now is the Fondue Goddess at The Melting Pot. She has been a voracious reader her entire life, and is very excited about WELL and it's Book Club, since she misses, desperately, talking with people about the books she's reading. She enjoys coffee, arguing in various poetic forms, consuming massive amounts of pop culture and had a thing for knights in shining armor. If she could meet anyone, it would be the Doctor, who could take her on amazing adventures through time and space in his TARDIS, or Neil Gaiman, who would build a fort with her and they could imagine they were on the TARDIS going through time and space. Because Neil Gaiman would totally be into that.

Rayven was introduced to Brittany through a mutual friend shortly before the conception of W.E.L.L. As a surprise and a show of support after Brittany shared her plans to start W.E.L.L.; Rayven comprised the original website and has worked behind the scenes ever since maintaining the website and working to expand W.E.L.L. online presence. When not handling W.E.L.L. business she can be found either cuddling on the couch with her husband and children, working on her magazine, or blogging about homeschooling, parenting, atheism, and politics. In a world where she could go anywhere, do anything, and meet anyone Rayven thinks it would be a fabulous idea to sit on the moon one cosmic afternoon having tea with Gandhi discussing mankind and frivolous items such as favorite foods.
